Megan Leavy
Managing Partner
Megan Leavy earned her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and her MBA from UNC Chapel Hill. She began her career managing events for professional athletes in Boston and later worked alongside an international celebrity in Miami. After five years at a Boston-based hedge fund, she launched her first business leading partnerships and events for high-net-worth individuals and corporations. She then transitioned into consulting, building teams and advising growth-stage companies across DC, New York, and Boston. In 2016, Megan founded Access Consulting Group to help companies scale their teams and elevate their brands. She advises clients ranging from startups to Fortune 300 companies and has built a powerful network across finance, technology, and sports. Megan has contributed to multiple successful exits, hired over 200 team members, and facilitated access generating millions in revenue.
